Pediatric Dentistry

With young children, our goal is to establish good oral hygiene and healthy teeth. We know that some young children are nervous about coming to the dentist, so we take extra care to make them feel comfortable. Preventative services for children include regular cleanings and fluoride treatments. When the need arises, we fill cavities and treat gum disease. We also begin orthodontics in children when needed. Research has demonstrated that beginning orthodontic treatments in the preteen years can prevent orthodontic problems later on. Implementing palate expanders and braces earlier can give a child’s adult teeth the room they need to grow and the help they need to grow in straight. This can eliminate some of the need for orthodontia later in life.

Adult Dentistry

We offer the same routine care for adults as we do for children, including regular dental checkups, cleanings, X-rays and fillings. We also offer more specialized services for adults, such as wisdom teeth removal and root canals. Although he is not an oral surgeon, Dr. Jones was a wisdom tooth removal specialist in the Air Force and has extensive experience in this area.

Dr. Jones also understands that adults may be self-conscious about the visual appearance of their teeth and offers several services geared towards cosmetic dentistry. We provide teeth whitening services, and even offer a free teeth whitening treatment to new patients. If you need veneers or crowns, we use state-of-the-art computer imaging to create veneers and crowns in-house for best possible price and service. If you never had braces as a teen, you may want to consider clear aligner treatments. No need to worry about wires and brackets– clear removable aligners will straighten your teeth discreetly.
